If you need to have a transaction retracted, the webDEALER system has a retraction option, but it can only be used prior to a transaction being reviewed. If it has already been reviewed, or you need a transaction that has already been grouped to be ungrouped and returned, please click the following link to submit a request. Please provide the VIN of the specific transaction you would like returned and group number (if applicable).
