Once dealers submit their transactions to the Dallas County Tax Office through webDEALER, a Tax Office representative will review them within three business days of the submission date.
At this time, we are unable to provide a status update for specific VIN’s. Applications are processed in the order received. If additional information or documentation is required prior to approval, our representatives will return the submission with comments outlining the necessary corrections or requirements.
