I am getting an error message "No county associated" in webDEALER when trying to process transfers.

This error typically happens when:

• a different Dealer ID than the one configured to Dallas County is assigning plates in ePLATE 
• or the wrong Dealer ID is being used to process the title transfer. 

You may need to log in to the IMS and transfer your inventory from one Dealer ID to the one configured by Dallas County.

Please ensure that you are always setting the location to the correct one attached to Dallas County for both ePLATE and webDEALER transactions.
