Convenience Fees are charged and collected by JPMorgan and are non-refundable:

  • ACH (eCheck) Fee = $0.00 each.
  • Credit Card Fee = 2.05% of amount charged (minimum $2.85).
  • Debit Card Fee = $2.85 per transaction.

Wire Transfer:

Please contact our Customer Care Center 214-653-7811 to notify us of your intent to provide ACH or Wire Transfer funds. We will need the property tax account and the amount you wish to be applied.

Note: Dallas County does not charge a fee for wire transfers; however, your financial institution may charge a fee by debiting the funds being wired or debiting your checking/savings account. If the funds are being debited, please increase the amount to include the wire transfer fee charged by your financial institution.

A $30.00 fee will be assessed on returned items (NSF, Stop Payment, and Closed Account).
