Invoices for permits are mailed mid-month. If you received an invoice from our office and believe you are exempt from paying this permit fee because you are a “Food Establishment”, as outlined in the Texas Health and Safety Code Section 437.01235, please submit proof of the permit fee paid to another entity to our office. We will review your request to discontinue billing.
